Door of Hope

Provides men with low barrier transitional housing without stay limits. Participants must have a history of homelessness, chronic mental health issues, and demonstrated resistance to traditional shelters. Provides case management services, referrals to outside services as needed, semi-private rooms, lounge areas, bathroom and laundry facilities. No fee.

Transitional shelter for individuals who are homeless and have mental illness. Residents share rooms with one person, and have access to laundry, a kitchen and a hot plate. Applicants need to complete an interview with Door of Hope case managers. Call ahead to schedule an interview time, Applicants should bring a letter stating that they are homeless and in need of housing, documentation of mental illness (most recent psycho-social assessment or diagnosis), and TB test taken within the past 6 months.
